Return Policy

PRODUCT RETURN AND REFUND POLICY


Great Lakes Home Healthcare Services (GLHHS) is committed to providing quality products and services to the healthcare community. Customer satisfaction is our  top priority! We have established this return and refund policy to protect our customers.


GLHHS provides a 30-day Money Back return policy for non-insurance purchases. To qualify for the GLHHS return policy; all returned items must be in new, unused, originally sealed, and re-sellable condition. If the product(s) are not specifically excluded from our returns policy (as listed below), and are returned within 30 days of order placement in new, unused, originally sealed, and re-sellable condition, with all original shipping materials and packaging; the customer will be issued a full refund for the purchase price of the returned items.


All sales of Scooters, Bathroom Equipment, Compression Stockings & Donners, Maternity, Incontinence, Orthopedic, Bipap/Cpap Supplies, Nutrition and Personal Care Items are final. No refunds or exchanges of these items will be made.


GLHHS will provide a full refund credit to the original payment method which was utilized by the customer. A refund will be processed if the products are returned for the following situations: A) Products that are defective or damaged upon receipt; B) products not supplied in accordance with the customer's original order (the customer did not order the item number(s) which they received).


On all product returns, the customer is responsible for arranging shipment of the product back to Great Lakes Home Healthcare Services. You may use UPS, FedEx, or any other ground parcel carrier of your choice. All returned items must be returned to Great Lakes Home Healthcare Services , 1700 Peach Street Erie, PA 16501.


If you are returning an item that is defective or shipped in error by GLHHS, we apologize for your inconvenience. We will reimburse you the delivery costs and the cost to ship the product back to us. For any other return, you are responsible for the original delivery costs and the return shipping expense.
