Experts

The infusion therapy team at Great Lakes Home Healthcare Services includes:

• IV RNs (registered nurses)and CRNIs (certified registered infusion nurses) who are registered in PA and NY.

• Pharmacists who offer patient medication counseling, monitoring lab values, as well as being certified to provide vaccinations. They offer consultations with physicians and serve a liaison to staff. They work within an in-house pharmacy which is USP797 compliant.

• Pharmacy Technicians

• Reimbursement Specialists to assist with insurance and authorizations
