The Great Lakes Home Healthcare Services Private Duty Team includes Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and home health aides. Every new nurse and home health aide receives a comprehensive orientation upon hire and an individualized orientation for each new client assignment. GLHHS’ staff also receives ongoing training and education.

Great Lakes Home Healthcare Services can receive referrals directly from patients, families, physicians, nurses, case managers, social workers and other healthcare providers.
For private duty nursing services, GLHHS accepts reimbursement from private health insurances, auto insurances, Worker’s Compensation, Medical Assistance and special government programs. Our experienced staff will assist you with reimbursement options and completing the necessary application and forms.
